Q: What happen after I sign in at DAMNCheaters?
A: You will receive an e-mail; welcoming you to DAMNCheaters. Click on the link to 'activate your account' then go to My account and enter with your email and password.
Q: How to download the client/launcher?
A: In order to get the client/launcher you must sign in at "My account" (main site top left), have more than 30 credits or be a Premium member. Then on the left side of your account information you will see the Menu-> My Account->Account Settings: My Downloads. Click on this last one to Download the client/launcher.
After downloading the client/launcher, log in with your email and password, you will be able to see the status of each Aimbot inside the client/launcher: Available/Being Updated; Detected/Undetected.
Q: I sign in for the 1st time on DAMNCheaters and I do not get the email to activate my account.
A: Check in your Junk/Trash folder
Q: How to participate in the Forum?
A: This is a private forum that can only be accessed as a customer of DAMNCheaters.com; having more than 30 credits or be a Premium menber. If you are a customer please visit the "My Account" page on our main website in order to create your forum account. After creating your Forum account, you will see your password on your account information.
Q: I paid but in my Account information shows me: No premium access or only 30 credits (given when I created the 1st time my account).
A:If you are not shown as a premium member or get the credits you bought, then you might want to check with PayPal. If the payment was sent via PayPal e-check it may take a few hours for us to receive it.
Q: What are the payment options?
A: Currently we only accept PayPal. We are sorry if that option is not according to your convenience; but we will look into payment methods that members suggest.
Q: Can I try before I pay?
A: Unfortunately due to the nature of the software we offer we have to keep our current customers safety in mind. Offering free trials makes it too easy for the game/cheat protection developers to get our software. Do however feel free to browse our testimonials section http://forums.damncheaters.com/forum.php
Q: Do you have a refund policy?
A: Since September 2009 we have removed our refund policy. This was necessary since the refund policy has been abused to get a free trial of the service and caused additional administration of this project which led to less development of new content. You are not buying software here, you are buying a service that develops new cheats for you. The content that is already available is the result of requests by existing members.
Q: The Hacks are detected?
A: They all are undetected. Although once you open the client; you could see the Status of each game: Detected/Undetected. We are confident that the hacks we offer are much safer than the rest in the net.
The difference between our hacks and others is that ours are not based on game scripts. These are very easy to code, but are also easy for the game client to detect. We inject our code like the more traditional hacks you see for other first-person-shooters. While cheat detection are always possible, we believe in protecting our customers as best we can, and that is the reason we have taken this route.

Q: Regarding Anti-Virus
Because of our anti-cheat mechanics and copy-protection in the client the anti-virus software McAfee, Kaspersky & Sophos seem to report FALSE alarms when launching/decompressing our software. We can ensure you that our software is 100% virus, adware and malware free - other virus software like AntiVir, Avast, AVG, ClamAV, F-Prot, GDATA, Kaspersky, Microsoft, Symantec and many more do not recognize our software as a virus. Our software is encrypted and uses polymorphic code in order to prevent detection so no anti-virus can analyze it - this is why McAfee and Sophos give false alarms.
Q: Can I share my account?
A: We do not allow or support sharing accounts between people. One subscription to the hack should only be used on one PC. If you have more than one PC and have to switch between them more than once a month, you should purchase a second subscription for this functionality.
Q: Are the Hacks you offer only work on PC?
A: Our Hacks do not supported on any other platforms, and do not work on Xbox 360s, PS3s or other gaming consoles. We do not support Linux or OSX. If you want to run our hacks on an Apple computer, use boot camp to install windows for the best experience.
Q: Can I run your software on more than one computer?
A: Please be aware that on the 1st start of the client it will be locked to your computer. It means you can only run our software on a single PC per user account.
Q: What happen when a game is updated?
A: In hacks sometimes features are removed rather than added, this is necessary. Features possible in a game can change as it is updated and patched. Sometimes through further development we can add additional features, and sometimes developers find ways to make cheats we could once offer, impossible or detected. Cheats that often have to be removed from mmo hacks include speed hacks and teleporting, as these can be stopped server-side by position logs and rubber-banding. Often cheats that abuse poor code, or client-side code that should be server-side, are fixed in time by developers.
At DAMNCheaters, we want to offer you something value, which is why none of our hacks are based on a single feature that could be patched at any time. Most of our hacks offer some kind of aimbot feature or visual features that cannot be patched from games.
Q: How long does it take for the hack to get updated?
A: It depends. 1984 and netvortex are constantly working on updates and on new Hacks's releases. This can take up to a day. If not then less than a day.
Q: I do not remember my email account?
A: You can chat with us when you are in our website or go to Contact support (top left menu) in order to send any question.
Q: I can not connect to the client?
A: Sometimes our client is down. We ask you to be patient in this matter when it happens. It can take only few hours to fix it.
