• What is premium membership?
  Premium membership grants you access to our vast selection of cheat content at an affordable price.
  Unlike free or one time payment alternatives we guarantee our products will be kept updated and secure, along with providing you quality support.
  
  
• What is credits membership?
  Using the credits membership you are able to spend credits on specific content we've created. This is usefull for people who are only interested in certain content.

• Where do I get the bot/client?
  The bot(s) is loaded through the DamnEdge client each time you run it. This keeps you safer, and saves you time by eliminating the need to download updates yourself. When you first registered on the website the client was e-mailed to you. Remember to check your junk mail too.

• I can't find the e-mail, or accidentally deleted it.
  You can request a new client by going to the "My Account" page and logging in. This is easily accessible from the main page under "My account"

 

• The client / damnedge says it's bound to another machine.
  Go to the main website and click my account, or go here and login. Then choose reset client.

• The My Account page says I have no resets available, or I just used my last reset how do I get more?
  Make a post on the forums asking to have additional resets added to your account here http://forums.damncheaters.com/forumdisplay.php?f=24

 

• I am having trouble getting the client to work.
  Please see the client troubleshooting guide here.

• I paid but the client shows me as a free member.
  Check your account and look for your membership type. If you aren't shown as a premium member then you might want to check with paypal.
  If the payment was sent via paypal e-check it may take a few days for us to recieve it. If you are shown as a premium member see the following.

 

• It says I'm a premium member on the forums/my account page, but not on the client.
  The client updates it's database hourly, please wait an hour from the time of payment and then try opening the client again. If you are still having issues, have verified you are a premium member, and have waited for over an hour please contact support via the forums and or live chat.

 

• Does the subscription automatically renew after my time is up?
  If you purchased credits you do not need to cancel and these payments are solely one-time charges. If you wish to cancel your Premium Subscription you need to visit Paypal and manage your subscriptions there. You can renew at any time by going to "My Account". Purchased time will be added to your existing subscription if you already have one. You will also receive an email that your premium time is running out a few days before it actually runs out.

• Can I try before I pay?
  Unfortunately due to the nature of the software we offer we have to keep our current customers safety in mind. Offering free trials makes it too easy for the game/cheat protection developers to get our software. • Do you have a refund policy ?
  Since September 2009 we have removed our refund policy. This was necessary since the refund policy has been abused to a get a free trial of the service and caused additional administration of this project which led to less development of new content. You are not buying software here, you are buying a service that develops new cheats for you. The content that is already available is the result of requests by existing premium members.
